Milepost 430 Media, LLC hereby grants to the original purchaser (either short term rental owner or real estate agent) an exclusive royalty-free license in perpetuity to reproduce, distribute, display, prepare derivative works of, and publicly perform the images in connection with the real estate or short-term rental industry, including without limitation such uses of the images in connection with advertising real property and to authorize and sublicense such rights to third parties at the original purchaser (either short term rental owner or real estate agent's) discretion.
The original purchaser (either short term rental owner or real estate agent) acknowledges that Milepost 430 Media, LLC retains title and ownership of the Images. This license does not grant or constitute a transfer of ownership for any intellectual property rights, which are all explicitly held by Milepost 430 Media, LLC.
